Why Agile methodology
Software Engineering:Agile in acton...
The daily stand-up meeting or scrum meeting presents the team with a regular opportunity to synchronise development activities with the iteration plan and to check and reflect on the progress of the team's commitments towards the iteration goal.
As a forum for communication and feedback, the team members co-ordinate their work and make a commitment to the team about what they aim to achieve in the day. They also identify any difficulties and obstacles to progress. The meeting is not intended to generate solutions nor remove obstacles. Making obstacles visible in this meeting raises awareness early, and allows team members to provide assistance and work collectively from the beginning. However, the meeting should not prevent issues and obstacles being raised at any other time.

News Channel for Village
You can see lot of News Channels coming up the information at National/Town level, the viewers in village didnot find news related to him from his region.
Yes, there are few regional channels also based on state (like Etv.. etc) but still I cannot see a National News Channel with News from remote village.
I can suggest to open a studio in the village and telecast from there directly providing live and touchy experience to the viewer about the environment and movements in that area.

Believe me or not
In the year 2005-06 when I had a single mobile set on my hand and more than one mobile number, I thought of some mechanism to put in the handset so that it should work parallel for two numbers in the same mobile set, but before I get it implemented I heard that SPICE had already launched it in 2007.
However my idea about this is not valid now but am happy to share with you :-)
:-):-):-):-):-):-):-):-):-):-):-):-):-):-):-):-):-):-):-):-):-):-):-):-):-) :-)

A car with protected Metal Window
Did you heard of the incident of stealing the sterio or a/c from a car? probably yes.
A car only has the glass window protection, which are good to save you from rain/wind/sun but not from human :-)
My idea is to device a metal/iron shielding in addition to glass window, when you are not in the car and your car is parked alone in the night time.
It is really going to save your expensive stereo and a/c from theft.

A utility car with key toy mechanism
The wokring concept of Toys with keys still push me think of an idea where in
we can have a vehicle that can run by simply rotating the keys one time and using the stored dynamic energy in the spring to run it (In Hindi=Just like Chabiwala khilauna). So no petro fuel required :-)
A 2 wheeler or 4 wheeler with a facility to have a engine where it will have the MACRO version of the mechanism used in key toy,
there will be a spring made of iron and a strong pully to hold on it, a locking system, a braking system and a release system
Some amount of rotatioal energy is required to initially to rotate the key so that the energy can store into the spring and should be locked, now the driver will
release the lock hen sring will try to release itself inturn generating another rotatinal energy which can be used to rotate the wheel(linear energy) of the vehicle, now the
mechanism starts moving, a driver can put on the brake whereever required to stop
the vehicle or release the brake to again run it.
We can have single or multiple identical mechanism into one to have generate the consolidated force it will be identical to termiology we use for convential motor engine "single or multipe cylinder"
Wow, we got a no-fuel vehicle to use it in an ideal road(flat) or guided route/path like rail.
It can be helpfull as small distance utility vehile.

Re-Using abandoned Railway Cement/Iron Sleepers
We can see lot of partially damaged or used Iron/Cement sleepers thrown beside the railway tracks, which are of no-use for the government; but it can be used re-used by the people of village around.
Generally these sleepers are of metal or cement which Detroit’s with time or is stolen by the thieves to sell in the black market.
Railway can gift these waste materials to the villagers so that they can re-use it for:
1) Construction of small bridges/stop dam in there field or village
2) As a boundary wall to save there cattle from outsiders
3) Waste iron can be re-mould to agricultural equipments
4) Cement bars can be used as a “Patha” in there pond or river bank
5) Some sort of furniture for public sitting

Save Electricity with some exercise
Are you in a 3 or 4 story building with a lift facility, then what if you found some note with a smiling face at the down-stair or up-stair before you jump into the lift?
A note stating that
Take the stairs if you CAN !
Why ?
1) The amount of oxygen the body use CAN increase by 8.6 per cent.
You are definitly going to think atleast once to use the stair, hence you CAN save lot of electricity by doing so.
This idea is very helpful for both companies and employees in reducing the common health issues and the electricity bill.

BEING a Creative Director of TV Channel
Entertainment program in our TV channels should be very much interactive, especially from Comedy, Talent Hunt or Reality shows, it should involve the viewer in such a way that they should feel like thay are in the Studio with those show actors/participants and there should not much cut/edit scenarios and reality should come out as it is to the viewer.
AC Works on Both Side
Just thought of an creative idea where an Air Conditioning machine will work for both cooling as well as heating purpose. It means not to waste the Heat energy that AC has collected from a room/house or building to make the interior cold, and to re-use the heat exhausted to an water or other form of heating mechanism.
